The contract was successfully implemented terminating with installation of the VPN at Headquarters and two pilot missions. LANCOR also completed the deployment and installation of an Exchange Server for the ministry’s mail services.

In 2005 LANCOR was engaged to build a network for over 500 concurrent users distributed over two buildings at the headquarters in Abuja. The 2 buildings were connected using a fibre optic backbone; the network was completed and delivered fit for purpose and within time and budget.

Provided business process improvement after conversion to Oracle, developed the Business Policy and Procedures for financial reporting using Oracle, and developed an accounts receivable information management process to improve the collections process, using Prism and Oracle.

Developed the process and procedures for analyzing revenue transaction, consolidation of regional P&L reports, updating P&L budgeting systems and analysis of P&L budget vs. actual after implementation of Oracle and PeopleSoft.

Engaged to develop the business process improvement in analyzing accounts receivable and cash application. Developed the accounts receivable information management process to improve the cash application and collections process. Performed the scoping and documentation of the process and procedures for completing the manufacturing accounting cycle, before change of operating systems.

Developed the costing process for a request for proposal involving 20 tasks, with 53 sub-tasks, divided into 301 components, integrated into one single cost spreadsheet, and showing detail cost analysis of each component, including a separate cost line for each member of the consortium.
